Bookings

​

We strongly advise that you book your appointment at TBLA well in advance of your intended day of treatment to ensure you have the time and day of choice. Please note some treatments require a booking fee to be paid, you will be advised, when making your appointment

 

Cancellations

​

At TBLA we are dedicated to running a reliable and punctual Beauty Service; as a result, bookings cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours from the booking time. Cancellation out of this Period may result in partial payment or loss of your booking fee

Arrivals

​

We ask you to arrive 5 mins prior to your appointment time in order for us to register your arrival, fill out any required paper work and to ensure we have the required time to complete your requested services. Please turn off your mobile phone to eliminate any disturbance during your treatment

 

Children & Guests

​

To comply with Work Safe Standards, for safety reasons and insurance purposes, anyone not receiving a treatment with us, must be seated in reception.

Guests must not enter cubicles where treatments are being carried out and children must not sit on laps. At TBLA we use sharp instruments and hot equipment during our services; this could lead to serious injury for the client or guest and is a breach of state work place regulation

 

Health Conditions

​

Please advise your Brow Artist on any health conditions, medications and or topical creams. If you are pregnant, please advise us before commencement of your treatment. Or if you have special requirements that may make your treatment with us more comfortable

 

Gift Certificates

​

Gift Certificates are available and are valid for twelve months form date of purchase. The Certificate can be purchased for treatment of choice or for a dollar amount they are non-refundable
